Jagex's threat email and why you don't matter

There's no reason to think you will be sued because of the case. Jagex can email you all they want the fact that they used "John Does" as the defendant means it is anonymous, which can refer to any person or company. I'm assuming it is Impulse Software in this case as they are targeting Nexus users mainly. You will not be ordered to court the most they can do is ban your account, unless you are partnered with or are the "John Does" referred to in this case.

Now Jagex has most likely copyrighted the bits they had forgot about have again decided to take Impulse to court again but this time Impulse is most likely being labelled as John Does and have decided to use them as an example for any other botting company. They most likely chose Nexus due to the fact they have already built a case up against them and can use previous case facts + the examples of Blizzard. The reason the case is being held in America and not the U.K is because the creators of Impulse Software reside in America.

Yes, Impulse did sell you out and were most likely forced into it. If you used your paypal email which is linked to an rs account that account will most likely get a notice, don't be scared though as it is only a warning but if you care about your account then I recommend you don't bot.
