5 Appeals Denied WTH

Hey guys renently i got one of my accounts back now im starting on my other one

i put everthing in correct bill payement passwords orignal pass recovs email everything

additinal info i told them everything they need to know


DENIED why is this lol?

this acc was hacked 6 days ago


everything right still cant get it back

 

Are you on a different IP than the creation IP? I've had the same happen, you can email Jagex, and it's a longshot, but it's still possible to get it back.

but ive got EVERYTHING CORRECT is there any hope lol

 

If you're within the same town/city as you were when you created the account, I see no reason why it would be denied.
The IP should be similar if the above is true.
Keep trying because it took 3 denied appeals to get one of my accounts back with the SAME info on every appeal.

 

you think if i add my house adress and my phone number used to create the membership on surfipin ill have better odds?

 

Yeah, add EVERY old membership pin/detail.
Put your city/town in which you created the account in.
Also what does it say when your appeal gets denied?

Add your old IP address if you know it

 

IT says not enough information on the account

wonder if i also pout my full adresss of my home lol

 

Add every old Password and sets of recovery answers that you have
Old ass bank pin as well

And he probably has your IP from last IP entry. Try logging in from powerbot or swiftkit until your problem is solved.

 

ive never used swiftkit before lol i know this is dumb but is it safe?


and once i get swift kit sohuld i change my rs pass again? just incase

 

Yeah it's safe, although I just use the official Runescape Client.

Download Malwarebytes, restart your computer and run it on safe mode then scan everything with that/your virus scanner.

and yea i use the client on rs aswell

 

ive just downlaoded virgin media security as im a virgin customer and that comes with a firewall malware ect and a virus scan


will the virus scan on that do the trick finding malware?

 

Google it and download it.

Gets rid of all/most of what your virus scanner doesn't find like keyloggers

I got mine from Malwarebytes.org
