    PkingvkLtu SCAMMER OR HAS "FORGOT" TO PAY ME
    I purchased 16m from PkingvkLtu about an hour ago. Agreed to meet and for some reason he changed his skype name and logged. Not sure if he "forgot" to pay me but im pretty sure he is just scammer. Here are screenshots.
