Bibis scamming 5m

I sold 60m to Bibis a week ago, and received a skype message from him wanting to buy 25m from me. I offered it in 5m increments and after the first 5m he logged without paying me. It's only 5m so it's not a huge deal but I figured I'd post this anyway since it was a scam and I wouldn't want someone else to make the same mistake for a larger amount. I checked my pm to confirm his skype and noticed he has a DNT, so I probably should have checked that first before accepting the trade after only communicating through skype messages. I don't know if he had his skype hacked or if he's legitimately looking to scam but either way here's the proof:

As I've already stated I saw that the account has a DNT so I'm guessing his actions are being dealt with but I thought I'd offer this up as well to raise awareness. Would it also be possible to make a thread to get a refund on the 5m I lost? If not it's fine since it's not a huge amount but it'd be nice if I was able to get it back. I hope I provided all the information required.
