Lockys is definetly a scammer

I bought an account called o shinra o for 100 usd from lockys. We did 50/50, first i payed him 2 cents to verify my paypal was verified. then i payed him 50 dollars. he gave me the accounts pass and supposedly all of the original info (looked fishy but i still went thru). then i payed him his other 50 and we both were happy. around 3 hours later after i put around 2 mill on it and whip i try to log on and the pass is changed. i try to recover and the recovs are unset again. The only proof i have is a saved convo of the msn but its saved in microsoft word so i dont think thats enough. The only pics i have is the pass not working =-/. Anyways if he doesnt get banned i just want people to know he is a scammer and watch out for him. this is the thread i bought his account from. Thankyou
