I've learned my lesson.

I've never evaded.

I was a very trusted user before I was banned.

I've helped Sythe even after I was banned, I found an html file with alot of sythe user names and passwords and even though i was banned I gave them to Pen and Finn and didn't use any for anything.

 

I agree with an unban.

 

He's honestly a very trustworthy / respectable person. I don't believe he has any intentions on scamming, and is always willing to help out others. I think he deserves another opportunity to come back to Sythe. I suggest Syed to be unbanned.

 

Seyed is a very trusted member and I personally believe he is truly remorseful of his actions. I've talked to him on a daily basis and he's definitely changed in my perspective. His banning was clouded with misjudgment and I believe he should get a second chance.

I agree with an unban. From what I've seen his behavior has changed quite a bit, and I never thought the Permanent ban was warranted - although I chose to stay out of the matter when it came up a while back.

 

Seeing as Pen is in agreement with giving Syed another chance to dispute I'll let this continue even though this has twice been debated by staff yielding the same conclusion.

Here is my position:

I am very apprehensive about allowing you back on the site after you ('jokingly') considered infecting a staff member with a RAT amongst other petty misdemeanours. You've just told me yourself on MSN that you are a ''troll''. I think ''trolling'' is a waste of space and of staff time, and, at the end of the day, most trolls end up banned. What are we going to gain from unbanning you? Your dispute itself is half-hearted, as though you feel you have some prerogative to continually dispute. You don't, and this is a rare exception that we'd reconsider a dispute for the third time.

My position is that we allow you back on a three month probation -- any trolling, excessive spamming, etc. will again see the ban put back in place.
(Oh, and never back on staff obviously.)
