Best combat exp?

What's the best combat exp you can get?

75 Attack
76 Strength
72 Defence
74 HP

 

Ankous are meant to be good experience, and f2p as well.

 

What weapons/armour do you guys recommend?

 

If you want to mix it up, try slayer.

Otherwise, just do spiders in that dungeon under barbarian village. You could also try gorillas on Ape Toll. They are aggressive, have a ton of hp, and you can use the alter to recharge your prayer.

 

Slayer, Armored Zombies near the chaos altar, gorillas on Ape Atoll only if you have 95 strength or are use Dharoks. I've always preferred Slayer, but that's just me.

 

Bandits in the desert. great afk spot.

 

How can you afk it?

 

by getting a ridiculous amount of defence, some nice dps and a ring of life

you can't really 100% bandits because they could get lucky hits or not hit at all. you can however baby sit it and eat/guthans/sgs heal when required.

good luck getting your stats up. btw, 72 def is good for bandits, get that to 75

 

For gear, just what you regularly use for training. Always leave a good chunk of cash left for emergencies.

Then I dunno if i should work on 85 Attack then 99 Str, or just work on 99 Str.

 

Armoured zombies use salve ammy, at ape toll where the gorrilas are there's an alter next to them pray there and don't get stuck inbetween them with low pray (you can't run through them, so run around them.) Bandits is ok but doesn't give as much exp as the stated ones above but you can afk at bandits with guthans.

 

Armoured Zombies + Salve Ammy + Any Sacred Clay Helm, Bring a Bunyip, 10-12 sacred clay helms. Awesome XP!

 

Agree ^-- If not Members then do F2P Giant Spiders, they rarely hit full Load of food is HOURS of training

 

Daggonaths, Bandits, Ankous, and Moss Giants are the best that I could think would be plausible with your stats.
