Where to get music?

Just wanna say this now

Alright well I usually just torrent my music but I was just wondering where you guys get your music?
Is limewire even safe? Is it safe with the avg build in engine thingy?
I like having "official" music files. As in if I play it in windows media player it'll look nice and official and list all the characteristics, you know?

Would just like to know where I can get music if I can't find it on torrents.
If you could please answer ALL my questions listed.

You can use add ons to download from sites such as grooveshark or youtube. That's what I do if I can't find the torrent

If you use limewire make damn sure you have antivirus software

 

I rarely use Limewire, I even heard there in court with like iTunes IDK :/
