A little assistance if I can get some plz

Hey everyone.
Not really new to coding 317 servers, but there has been a couple things come that I would like to know how to change/fix, that I have never actually done b4, and cannot seem to find the place for them.

The first thing is the interfaces. Usually there is images in the cache, that I just replace with what I want. This client I am working on only has the BG pic from the log in screen. No other images for the game frame etc exist in it. The customs in it are horrid. How would I go about changing that?

Is it possible to change the game to where it does not log off after afk for 2 minutes? Never had a client that did that, and cannot find the place to fix that to not shut down.

In this client, there is something I have never seen before that happens every time you log in. It brings up this RS screen shown in the image. I have never really played RS, and the few times I did, I do not recall this popping up. Any idea on what it is and more importantly how to get rid of it? Image below:



And lastly the one and only thing giving me a headache in the actual coding aspect is stairs/ladders that go both up and down. How do you create the code to allow for both to happen?
