MINECRAFT 1.8 awesome Pics of mines

its so awesome in 1.8 so awesome scenery and enviorments. lighting system is awesome. I love it heres my pics. ​

Not bad, looks the same to me though graphicswise XD.

 

Textures look the same, but they changed FOV + added an amazing amount.

 

Yes, not to mention the new lightning system. It gives off a much calmer glow now which is very nice. Although I must say, when thunder comes in Minecraft it sounds very real and looks very realistic! There are many other things in 1.8, some won't be completed till 1.9. Eg; NPC villages. But as of now, I'd say 1.8 is a big jump from 1.7.3 and older versions.

Many bugs in the server for me.

 

I like the new update so far, the only thing I have had a problem with is the hunger meter. It is sooooo annoying.

I have noticed the graphical changes though, I think they look good and a bit more realistic.

 

Yes they do, no doubt a mod will come out for to remove the hunger meter. People won't put up with that.

 

Based on the way notch receives feedback, I don't doubt that if enough people complain he will remove it.

 

True, although he will probably kick up a fuss about removing it. We don't want this game getting too realistic, imagine if we had to keep going up to the surface to breathe fresh air every 5 minutes? That would be chaotic. It wouldn't make a difference if he didn't bring it back, a mod would be made within 5 seconds of him stating "the hunger levels stays yay!". Plus I doubt many Minecraft servers will have it.
