live help for non members.

hey.
as you probably know,there is a live help on sythe.
this can only be entered by registered sythe members.
but, there are alot of people on sythe that look through posts,but do not have a sythe account.
my suggestion is to add the live help for all people entering sythe.org, and not only the registered members.
this can also be usefull for people with registering issues etc.

I don't know, there's a lot of room for abuse, wouldn't making a dispute with the specified problem, like how some people do it, be a better method?

 

If people have registering issues, they can simply post a thread in the dispute section asking for help. There is no point having it available to unregistered members as it could result in live chat attendants being abused.

Im pretty sure its going to remain registered members only.. to prevent abuse.

 

No way, the amount of abuse and spam that would get sent down it would be massive. And if you aren't a member of Sythe.org then you don't need to use the live chat, plus there is a section here for people who are having trouble registering. No support.

 

yea you are correct, i didnt think about it this way.

 

Non members can access help by a disPute. So I don't support this at all.

 

I can see alot of banned users abusing it to rage at staff.

 

It's not going to change. There's too much chance for abuse if that were to happen.
