MIDDLEMAN RSGOLDLAB suspected scammer

me and NL Veritas where about to have a trade mills for a rs account, we hired rsgoldlab as a middleman immediately after veritas gave him the 145m rsgoldlab says hesuddenly got banned, while nl veritas his trading account isnt banned?

his terms of service were:

now hes saying to not cover the money cuz his terms says so BUT THE TERMS LITERALLY SAY "YOUR ACCOUNTS" and not his mule hes trading with

My middleman mule got banned during a trade with 145m on the account. i am in no way scamming anyone here and have provided proof of the permanent offence right after the ban occurred. If necessary i can provide login details to said mule for mods to confirm the offence.

Secondly,
i warned both parties multiple times that i'm not responsible for (bans, mutes, recoveries).
Right before the trade i warned them AGAIN asking whether they wanted to do the trade in 1 go or not.

@RSgoldlab Provide proof of warning them you are not responsible for bans, ETC.

Also, the likely hood of this happening being banned in minutes is HIGHLY rare, it's almost as if you knew it was going to happen?

 

I don't understand how you assume it's "HIGHLY rare", most gold shops stopped trading over 50m 07 per trade months ago because there's too much risk involved to trade bigger amounts. And how would i know it was gonna happen? Unless you're accusing me of working at Jagex there is no way.

i can tell you i've sold 10b+ in less then a year never ever have i received a ban this happening is indeed very very rare

 

the 9$ bitcoin was instant to me btw so i'm holding it right now

 

They decided to directly trade the bitcoins between the two of them later on in the trade, because they didn't want to wait for the confirmations. (Sensitive Information)
I have never received the Bitcoin

Basically what Champ said. Your wording in your ToS made you liable for the gold and your mule. Its an unfortunate situation as it does seem your mule got banned instantly, but ultimately, you are still responsible.

 

Asked them if they wanted to do the trade in 1 go. it could've been avoided or at least minimized if they acted differently.

You could have said trade "50m" increments/"25m" increments. Ultimately, you are responsible for making sure this trade goes as smoothly as possible. That's expected coming from a middleman.

Also, going to ask higher-ups opinions before the final decision is made. Wait patiently, please.

You could've declined the one trade deal as stated in your ToS
