EDIT: Not that it matters as I won't ever get it, but he owes me $6.25, I was thinking of $5 as it was 5M I sold him. He was paying $6.25.

Briefly explain the trade: I was selling 20m for $25, we went in increments, he never paid for even the first one.
How they scammed: He just didn't pay (I went first, gave him 5M, he didn't pay)

So basically:
-He claims he has $200
-Says all is fine, but I must go first or use an omm, we agree upon increments.
-I pay, he keeps saying "secc", etc.
-He clearly has no intention of paying, I'd quite like my 5M back (it was to cover the cost of mems )
-He's a scammer.
