little problem

alright so earlier i made it so jagex wouldnt sent me emails anymore, and then the account got locked when i tried recovering it so the questions were gone, now i cant even get an email to unlock it so is there any way to fix this

 

Just include your email in the recovery, they will send the updates to it regardless as to whether or not it's attached to the account.

 

i tried unlocking it, but no email was ever sent

 

Use another email In the recovery process, that CAN receive the email's, just don't forget to mention the email you previously used in 'additional information'

 

sounds like you got PHISHED my friend. Jagex will never send you a email unless you change your email address. So that means you got a fake email clicked on it then got keylogged. Could be a different situation but this sounds like what most likely happened.
