little fires on the title page wont go away

so those little fires on the side of the runescape main screen, right before you log in, i'm trying to get rid of them. i dont know how to post pictures, but i think i explained it well enough of it so you can understand. i did change the background but the top half of the flames stay even though those torches and all are gone. im using a demise pking source and client, if you know how to help please try thank you everybody for reading it

EDIT: this is the last thing i need to do before i can start my server up. it would be greatly appreciated if you could help! i would love you very much no homo lol
