How to AFK NMZ?

Been out the game for ages. Don't even understand what this mini-game is all about..

watched a video on HOW to afk it, but can someone tell me the xp rates, and things i'll need to enhance the xp/food etc?

Is the XP 'bad' in comparison to other places? - in this case, can someone point me in the direction of the best xp?

does Guthans only do shared xp/attack/defence xp? If I was to make a barrows pure, is it faster to do strength elsewhere?

Only way to completely afk is with guthans, at 100ish~ cb your account will tank/hit enough to keep you logged in for 6 hours. There's a downside to it though with guthans you have to train with a spear so you only get shared or defence xp.

 

One more thing, if you plan to afk, make sure your computer doesn't go to sleep at all, that means no screensaver, no hibernation etc. Also you will log out automatically if you dont click on your rs window for 30 minutes, so just a get tab revolver add-on for chrome or any auto tab switch plugin for your browser or simply get an autoclicker and set it to click on the window once every 25 minutes.

Is there any better or faster way to train bar NMZ, given it seems to have taken a debuff recently? (previous videos say 110k exp/hr, now 45k)

 

Yes the you can train with pray-pot method, which like 80-110k/hr xp still.
with guthans expect 50-60k/hr xp tops/

 

giving it a go when I hit 70 defence. Is it bottable considering there is like, nobody around to bust you? would allow me higher xp than afk im guessing.

 

nope, not against the rules as of now. Train at nmz you'll be the only one in there and do normal mode.

 

there will be alot of NMZ hosts that will host an instance for you in w330 they will usually say hosting guthans(normal).
you will also need any 5 of these quests.

If you're AFKing with Guthan there is no other option.

 

I disagree, i've trained on 4 accounts with mtd/fight arena/vamp slayer/tree gnome village/lost city and it worked just fine.

 

Yeah ive used the mtd/lostcity/fight arena/vamp and tree gnome aswell
