TLDR: Bought 5 DuoQ net wins in platinum 3 elo for 7$ each totaling 35$. DuoQ booster was unable to carry, so I offered to allow them to SoloQ it. Booster Proceeded to SoloQ it and continued to lose. Without consulting, refunded the 35$ with a -5 wins differential from starting point. Brought this to his attention, owner said he would duoQ with me. Proceeded to do so, continued to lose. Said he'd duoQ with another booster of his, and proceeded to lose. Resulting in -9 wins from starting point.
