well that's true for all intents and purposes when you don't text back it usually means you were weirded out or uninterested in what is been said. Well she could still be interested but the screen shot is too small of a sample size to get a personality profile to see what her endgame is

OR she forgot to reply back. How many times do you have to send me a message before i remember to reply. People get busy and forget that they were texting someone you know i do all the time, holding that against her is a bit unfair.
