Limited paypal - Help?

So it's limited, because someone charged back, but then paypal still decided to give me the money.

I have $250 on it. I already added my mates credit card, just waiting for the confirmation code. Where will the code be sent anyway? Because I also created the account with a random name and address. Any chance of getting it unlimited?

Do I have to resolve both steps or 1 of them?

This is why you don't use a fake name and address on your legit paypal account.

Eh your screwed once I had around $212.00 and they closed my account afterwards they said it was full and I used incorrect address and unvalid info.

After 180 Days it should get unlimited or you can send the money back and then tell them to send it to another account.

I made the mistake like you of registering with fake name and address, but now I have a legit one with my card and Bank account on it, no limitations so far
