I made a deal with " raziaex " a few days ago ( almost 6 days ago ) to train dungeoneering lvl 1-64 for $5 USD, and was promised to have it completed within 2-3 days MAX, he has reached lvl 57 and stopped, he also has been posting on this forum on many different threads, i have seen him ONLINE at the same time that i was, sent him a message, and nothing, he hasn't even given me an update ( as promised ) as to what's going on with my account.

i've sent him a few msn offline messages, but he has not logged on his MSN for the past 3 days now, and has NOT gotten back to me for the posts i posted and pm's i sent him.

i am willing to take this " statement " back under these conditions:

1) refunds me my money that was payed to him
2) completes the original deal.

if any mods can help out that would be greatly appretiated it, $5 is not a big deal, but it is when $5 from me, $5 from another person, $10 here and there.

It might be because that if you read his T&C, it says 'do not log into the account until he tells you.' Did you do that?

 

No i didnt. i was checking the stats on the hiscores section, for 3 straight days it was 57 combat.
