Video said: "I spoke to the user, he had to file a paypal dispute because you refused to refund him. You will remain banned."

I want to say i "NEVER" refused to refund him. He just had Litterly no patience.


Also this was not suppose to happen. I was 100% sure it was not gonna happen becus of the information i had from my partners..
But oh well it happened... And i needed to refund him.

24/04/2015: (friday) This Evening i send money from bank back to paypal.

27/04/2015: (Monday) it was still not on paypal, so i tell him its not yet on paypal.

28/04/2015: Evening This guy makes dispute.

29/04/2015: I have my money from bank.

Now this user made "dispute" on 28/04/2015.
I mean he did not recieve an awsner from me for 1day
And he made an dispute...
What can i do about this? if he had 1 more day patient i was gonna refund him legitly without all this dispute bullshit.


I'm sure you guys also did transfer from bank to your paypal.
It ATLEAST takes "2 work" days, or more...

You told the user on the 24th that he would be refunded in 2-4 days. The user waited the full 4 days and then received nothing from you so he disputed. It is your responsibility to be able to provide timely refunds to people and the user gave you the full 4 days you asked for while still receiving no refund. He was entirely within his right to dispute payment at that point
