Please let me know if any other screenshots are needed. The total wealth taken was 10M Cash, 20K chins, Berserker ring (i), Dharoks Set, And any other random stuff that was in the bank worth any value.

I can gladly provide any more screenshots if needed. I'm upset because he's the first person I've trusted on Sythe with a fairly decent amount of cash (although it doesn't put a big dent in my 07 bank) and he seemed quite in with the higher staff on here so I thought I'd trust him.

I guess post count really doesn't count for much.

Our Agreement: 10m 07 (upfront) in exchange for doing 20K chins in MM Tunnels to train range. All supplies would be supplied by DH Pking.​

First and Foremost, here is our text that we have said to each other on skype.

He was online, as indicated by his Skype status, and he said he would be on mobile at some point in the day to check in with me.

I ASK PERMISSION TO LOG ONTO THE ACCOUNT TO START THE ORDER. HE WAS ONLINE DURING THE WHOLE TIME ON SYTHE AND SKYPE. HE SIMPLY IGNORED ME.

My Explanation of What Happened

Simply put...

1) I did not log onto his account due to not having permission to start (see screenshot 14).
2) Upon further review and talking with other members, I have found that the account he was having me train, was a STOLEN ACCOUNT. LoLSmurfin bought and trained the account to 94 magic and had gold on it when it was recovered. The account was verified with LoLSmufin by stats, log in name, and in game names.

Concurrent views by myself, Smurfin, and Morgan...
1) The account which is "semi-famous" upon review of this Rebuttal, will be reported to the do not buy list (by me).
2) The owner of the account is a TERRIBLE staker, the views of myself and others are that he lost his wealth and is now trying to blame me.

I am willing to work with staff and other users, including DH Pking in order to work this out. I can be reached very easily on Skype (PM Ziggily/Entrr/Dave/Farcast/Mohtasa/Trin for my Skype name).

Please provide proof that this account was in fact owned by LoLSmurfin, if so that's something to be looked in to straight away as I'm not the original owner. If the account is unsafe I'd like to know.

Thirdly:

I can prove to any moderator right now that I have not in fact "Staked away my bank" - My bank is sitting on my pure minus the 10M for his payment, 20K chins, etc.

Finally:

I didn't reply on Skype because I've been busy all day. Although signed in on my mobile I've not been actively using it as I'd already stated I wouldn't be very active all day today.
