Like what the heck? You need more proof...

This is a response to Hitman_200's ban. I saw that thread, and I was shocked. How the heck was that enough proof to ban him? Most of it was from MSN, and if you look at the sticky on the report a scammer forum, there's a post named: "MSN logs are not enough proof!" or something like that. Moderator, please, I hope you knew that before you banned him? Does Truvio have the proof that Hitman_200 scammed him? I don't think so. Hitman_200 has almost 300 vouches, if not more (well, you banned him, so not anymore), and I bought a MW2 account for a lvl 131 RS account worth 500$ if not more, and he didn't scam me. Why would he just suddenly scam 40 bucks?!?! That just doesn't make sense! I also have hitman_200 as a MSN contact (obviously ), and that "went to walmart " status was made 1 day AFTER this happened? I really dont see how this is enough proof to get him banned. Please, get more proof before you act, moderator. This is not enough proof, so I really don't see how this is fair.

I do not believe hitman_200 is a scammer i think it is some kid try to get his own back why would you waste over 200+ voucher he has been legit from the begin and would no take some one PayPal money with out consent i sore that he was going to wall mart yes we all go shopping 1s in a while. So stop being stupid the person who ever go him banned accept that you paypal for you wall mart gift.

Hitman was an awesome MM, he was very helpful and 300 people think the same about him.

Hitman didn't actually have the card, all he had was the numbers. Do you really think that Walmart would accept numbers? No. They want the card which the other guy had, not hitman!

 

If you had read it, He was the reason for someone to lose $40, He didnt technically Scam him, but he MM'd wrongly. And i Believe it is fair that he should remain banned until he pays it back.

Why should someone lose out on $40 because of HIS mistake?

 

What Verts is saying is, images are harder to edit as they usually make mistakes when editing. The person who submitted the fake images would then be banned. I'm sure the proof was thoroughly analyzed before the ban of hitman.

He's disputing the ban now, if I'm not mistaken. If he's innocent, he will be unbanned, I'm sure.

I mean, the seller requested the card to be applied via team viewer and the buyer didn't say anything about it, wich really makes hitman not responsible, which is the truth!

 

I STRONGLY beleive Hitman should not be banned technically that Kid could of Purchased somthing himself knowing hitman Made a mistake To FRAME him,
"Went to wallmart" Was Posted way after the fact.. because i am a friend and a supporter of hitman, he would not Put his account in risk like that for 40$..

This. I don't think he's a scammer either, but it is still his responsibility to pay back what was lost.

 

No! That's the point! Hitman isn't responsible for that, because if you want to use those 50$, you have to hold the card! Look: This is an extremely easy way for that other guy (I can't remember hes name atm) to get easy free 50$. Why?
Oh well, look: He used those 50$ on something he wanted on walmart, but he's accusing hitman for the money loss! That's how he could get those 50$ back, and keep that item he bought at Walmart! This is a scam from that guy, and hitman is NOT responsible for this.

See? Hitman has NOTHING to do with what that guy used it to, and now people are telling him that he's guilty. That's just not fair at ALL!

What you are actually saying here is that hitman has to pay for something that guy bought... Oh wait, that's wrong, ain't it?

How hard is this not to get?

Hitman was meant to confirm the vanilla visa card on his own PayPal and send the money from the card to the guy who was recieve the payment, This itself verifies the legitimacy of the $40 and that the Trade is balanced, ---like a normal MM- so it is much harder for either side to scam, Except Hitman decided to use Teamviewer and attempt to verify it on The The Payment recievers paypal (meaning the that guy who was recieving the payment could view all information needed to use the card).

If paypal was able to confirm the use of Vanilla Visa, the trade would have probably been successful,
But paypal didnt accept it.. Thus stopping the trade, If Hitman had checked the visa card on his own Paypal, like normal, the money reciever would not have known the information afterwards and would have not been able to spend the money.

So basically, Hitman has given out one side of the information, without the trade being completed, leading to one side of the trade -$40. How is he not in the wrong?

 

It doesn't even matter whether or not Hitman scammed. The problem right now is that he made a mistake while MMing and now he is responsible to reimburse the money lost due to an error on his part.

 

Even if he was not a scammer, he was responsible for the card because he applied the card over TV where the other person could see the card information and didn't even ask for my permission which shows that his not the "best" MM. Just imagine if it was my credit card and not my debit card.... Yea everyone makes mistakes but their is no need for him to lie and make shit up in the dispute unless he provides evidence for what he says. Yes I did typed out the whole story on my scam report but I backed it up with evidence unlike Hitman_200. Just because this guy has "300+ vouches and all the leechers trust him", it doesn't mean he won't scam anyone anytime soon. We are all human therefore we aren't perfect meaning everyone in this world has the capability of scamming. Also the only reason why my debit card didn't work was because PayPal didn't accept vanilla cards but either way, he is still responsible for what was lost. He might have scammed me or it could have been the ban evader, Ravaging Rabbit, we may never know. However if he did scam me which I highly hope he didn't, he could of easily thought he could get away with the scam.

 

Well if so, if he suddenly wanted to scam someone, why 40$? Why not my account worth 500$?... 40$ is nothing, and dude, we don't have proof that you didn't go to Walmart and you those 40$ yourself...
