Should My Ownage pure get 60 attack or Stay 50?

    Stats:
    Combat:78

    Attack:50
    Strength:99
    Range:99
    Mage:85
    Prayer:44
    Hitpoints:89


    I currently only f2p pk, but planning to P2p. So 60 attack, and perhaps d claws or no?
