"Unreal Boy" banned for ban evasion?

My first sythe.org acc "unrealboy" was banned for account scamming, but it was all a misunderstaning and i issued a refund



I created the account "unreal boy" to get a fresh start on sythe. It got banned a week later for ban evasion.

It was set to expire on 10/2/09
I checked it today, and now it is set to never expire

I have read the rules and I know that if i was banned before, all my sythe.org acc's will be banned.

This puts me in a weird situation. I have never scammed anyone, and I am trying to become and active member here, but my second account was banned.

Am i allowed to create a new account here? (because on the rules it says any account i have will be banned for ban evasion)
