Anyone have shakiness on a hangover?

Well the shakiness is probably from the coffee, caffeine tends to do that. And i would say it's fairly normal to feel hot.

Anyone have shakiness on a hangover?

Yeah it's normal to feel hot

    This is what I do:

Half a glass of Orange Juice
Half a glass of Carbonated Water

    Mix it

    ????

    Profit?

Anyways, don't drink pure water or caffeine when you're drunk/have a hangover

Yeah it's normal. The shaking is probably from the caffeine. Do you drink a lot of coffee, because if not your body probably just isn't used to it. I find that if you drink a bottle of fizzy Lucozade and then a bottle of the yellow Lucozade in the squeezy bottle followed by shit loads of water throughout the day it helps.

Shaking is because of the alcohol in your blood (or the caffeine, but less likely). Drink plenty of water.

To my knowledge hangovers are caused by dehydration. I usually drink like a litre of water within 5 minutes and I'm fine.

Dehydration is a big part, but the amount of toxins your liver has to deal with is another. Also, by the time you wake up hungover it's too late, you should drink as much water as you can right before you go to bed. (Or ideally, while you're still out drinking) Best is to drink an equal amount of water and beer, though that may be hard to achieve.

I always get the shakes after a long night of drinking, its quite common really. It's good if you can try and drink some water before you go to bed after drinking, definitely helps with any hangover symptoms.

Anyone have shakiness on a hangover?

I have hangover symptoms of the following:

Upto 1-3 days after drinking, I believe I can read peoples minds also I seem very distant and it takes me longer to process things.

Upto 3-5 days after drinking, I still feel distant but not as much, then I return to normal.

I hardly drink that much, just drink a load of water - 8 glasses, 8oz p/glasses I read somewhere.

    Hope OP feels better soon.

To anyone saying just drink a bunch of water, it doesn't always work like that. For majority of people (at least that i know) they cant just drink water real quick, it just ends up right back out. Try a bottle of gatorade and a slices or 2 of bread. The bread soaks up the Gatorade in your stomach and you wont puke.

    It's a winning combo.

Anyone have shakiness on a hangover?

Uhh you actually should drink lots of pure water, Alcohol will dehydrate you and that's part of what actually causes the hangover. If you drank too much and you are puking drinking water will also stop you from acid burning your esophagus.

Shakiness is probably from the coffee, or from a lack of blood sugar depending on how long you slept it off.

People just don't drink enough water. I drink a ton of water regularly so when I drink, I can't stand to not drink a lot of water. Won't get hungover if you drink enough.

Anyone have shakiness on a hangover?

The reason you have a hangover is because alcohol makes you pee, you end up peeing more than you have actually drank. So you pee away all the things your body has stored.

The best way to get over a hangover is drinking water, drinking a fizzy drink such as coke (puts the sugars back into your body) and eating some crisps (replacing the salts). That's what I do anyway and my hangovers go pretty damn fast.
