Banned without even being on?

So, title.

My account name is leviathanultima, and I've been a member of Sythe for so many years.

So, I'd like to point out that I haven't been on the RS scene for an insane amount of time. I logged onto RS3 a few days ago just for lols and I've amounted almost 400+ days without logging in.

Deciding to pop onto Sythe since it's been a while, I'm met with

You have been banned for the following reason:
Fake vouches, attempting scamming

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

If you feel that this ban was given in error, you may explain why you think so in the Dispute Forum without registering a new account, and a moderator or administrator will review your case and come to a final decision.

So... Wut do?
Now, after doing a bit of digging, I come across these

I'd like to point out that all his contact details differ so much from the ones I have posted. I mean, who the fuck's hunter g?
I'm not sure how far you keep a log of the IP addresses, but I reside in Ireland, and I've always logged on from Dublin based ISP's.

The only thread I can find so far, is of that upgrade thread because I'm not able to use the "Search for threads by this user" as making another account would be ban evading and that won't work too well in my favor.
The reason I'm pointing that out is because, if (you would so kindly) take the time to use my even earlier posts as a reference, difference in things like contact details and just general demeanor might be vast.

The last time I remember being online, I remember attempting to sell off my zerker pure, and at the same time, created an MM thread offering services to the community. This was the version made after '07, and all the vouches used were legitimate and carried from when I was here, which included but wasn't limited to pin trades (bought for myself), mm'd trades and also gold buying.

I understand in the rules that these disputes are to be made within a month of being banned, but I hope you would look past that due to the fact that I'm not on Sythe that often, which would be proved if (stabs in the dark here) you had a logging system per user.

Anywho, TL;DR, I've been hacked and banned. Talk to me, don't make a decision and just archive it.

Request an Account Recovery in the Account Recovery section after reading the stickied threads at the top of that section. Once your account is under your control, we'll lift the ban.
