    Anyone here dirty bulk? How did it go? I don't mind cutting for an extra month or two so I just go dirty, nothing crazy but I like to enjoy myself at least once a week. What about you all?

    Not worth it, I did it for a few months , ate pancakes pizza etc & took a mass gainer protein , put on like 40 lbs quite fast. But it came with a price, was like 27% BF, couldn't do 1 pullup cause I was too fat, and I had a big belly. But ever since I started cutting, I'm so relieved now, ~10% BF and quite fit.
    Honestly, just take a normal whey protein like gold standard, eat fairly clean, you'll still put on size as long as your hitting heavy weights consistently.

    I've done it and made great gains and lost the fat pretty quickly.

    Is pretty risky if not done right. I did it once and it was so hard going back from it..

    I tried that, didn't really see any difference (probably because of fast metabolism) only a slower muscle growth probably because of smaller protein intake

    Differs from person to person , I personally don't dirty bulk because it trashes my skin . I eat as much as I can and as clean as I can , and for me personally works much better .

    having one cheat meal a week isn't dirty, but dirty bulks are not worth it imo.

    As above, clean bulking generally feels better + less time looking like a fat phaggot.

    not worth it bro... Being on a diet to loose your fat is really hard :( I did what i thought to be a "clean" diet which means i ate only "healthy" meals, but i didnt really coumpted the calories and ended getting too much fat, and getting rid of that was hard af, especially with a low metabolism like I have
    eat clean & have a general idea of your daily calories intake

    I just go 500 over maintenance and the rest is just visually estimating my body in the mirror

    You can eat whatever you want as long as you're getting your protein in. Just don't go over 500 cal/day. Hell sometimes I eat cheeseburgers on a cut.

    True. Once you dirty bulk, the fat takes ages to get rid of.

    I mean all you have to do is log your food. I currently eat shit like Chipotle/Taco Bell/In-n-Out every day and I'm cutting and down 65lbs. Bulking is doing the same shit, you just have more room for more shit food.

    Hell yeah flexible dieting is my way to go. I've made great gains doing it, if I feel like I'm getting fatter I just cut down 200-300 calories and do it again

    Dirty bulk isnt worth it. Anything over 500+ your daily intake is just useless fat you'll gain. Stick to a clean bulk mate, you'll make better gains. I learned the hard way.

    Did it for a month or two, eating pizza hut for breakfast before a gym session.

    Saw myself hitting PB's I would never hit without the bulk but lost all Vascularity and definition in the body.

    Mate you would of made the same gains if not better with a clean bulk of +500 cal. Your body doesn't work like that. It's not really the mentality of more calories more gains. Anything after 500 is not beneficial what so ever.
