Need a web pro

I am looking to contract some work out to an experienced web developer

Starting out, a basic website with livechat will be needed. I won't be capturing any customers information from this website to begin with, mostly just relying on live chat.

Down the road a few more complex features will need to be put in.

Price doesn't matter to me as much as quality and experience does.

There will be a few more projects on top of this first one down the road.

Someone familiar with SEO, on top of development is a big plus.
