TOS;

-It will be me and only me fulfilling the service, by hand, so I will not be responsible for any offences that may be put on your account at a later date

-Bank access isn't required for most quests but if I do not have access to the bank you should be readily available, whilst i'm on your account, to set up the inventory how I need it

-Once service has started it cannot be cancelled unless a fee is paid. The fee starts at half the service cost, possibly more depending on how much of the order is completed

-Depending on the order it will be a pay-by-quest deal (you pay after each quest, or possibly after each 3 quests)

-By using my service you agree to the TOS

i've sold gold independently from Sythe (to people ive met on other games that happened to play RuneScape) and more than 1 of them have tried to charge back.

Everytime i've sent an invoice i just include in the t&cs that they shouldn't pay the invoice unless the service or goods have been received as described and PayPal have always awarded me the decision.
