As for your order, leveling is typically done at $3/level. However, the first 25 levels are a bit different. From 1-23 the levels take varying XP rates, then for every level afterwards it is 22,000 per level. From 1-22, 292,500 XP is required, which equates to about 13 "normal levels". Add onto that the 3 levels to reach 25, and we have:
16 * 3 = $48

As for placement matches, I would be happy to do those - with guaranteed diamond placement - for $40.

Therefore, your order, which would level your account above 3000SR, would be $88 and would take approximately 3 days.
