    Hiring | Technical Support / Customer Support

    Hi everyone,

    We're looking for someone experienced in providing customer support as well as technical support. You will work with virtual servers, and based on your level of experience, you may either handle more of a customer relation and basic tasks or more complex networking and troubleshooting.

    We are looking for an independent contractor, but we may be interested in hiring you as an employee in the future - depending on where you reside.


    Desired Skills/Experience:
    • Experienced with Linux and Windows Operating Systems
    • At least a basic understanding of virtualization
    • Some level of customer service experience
    • Great verbal communication skills
    • Quick learner and willing to advance level of understanding
    • Organized / able to keep track of certain statistics
    • 2 years college in IT or Computer Science / certifications

    Requirements:
    • Minimum high school education
    • Flexible schedule

    Hey, I'm interested.

    Degrees: Windows 7 Fundamentals MTA, Windows Server Fundamentals MTA, Security Fundamentals MTA.
    Study: IT Infrastructure (business environments)
    experience with virtualisation: Have ran and set up multiple Virtual machines with operating systems varying from windows XP, windows server 2003/2008/2012, ubuntu, debian.
    Languages: English and dutch (natively English)
    Prior work experience: Working at a large insurance company as a servicedesk employee (Direct Customer Relations and Remote Support, INTERNSHIP)
    Working at a advertisement agency as an General IT Helpdesk Intern
    And currently working at a telecommunications company as a helpdesk employee learning network structures and taking on customer projects.
