    - 36m thieving exp
    - 16m runecrafting xp
    - 15 80+ skills (Skills, not combat. Skills)
    - Low combat stats
    - 83 quest points
    - No recoveries
    - Can provide all information needed, account is less then a year old
    - Really impressive house
    - High prayer
    - 2B in trades without a problem
    - I'm not looking for a ton of cash

    Why not buy it?
    - Has a minor botting offense. Not going to sugar coted it, yeah I botted Agility, and it got reset. Was my fault, but put account in a minimal risk.
    - Not a lot of QP
