do chefs assistant quest, so u can use his range

then go onto a f2p world, pick up beef and cook it untill u get 20 cooking

train fishing to 25, buy a luring rod, go to the fishing shot neer the chickens, kill chikens wen u run out of feathers, bring an axe to weild, a tinder box, and the luring rod, once you get all but 1 inv full(or u cut a tree before u start fishing every time) and then burn the logs, then cook the pike you get

then once you get 40 fishing and cooking, sell the rod and buy a lobster pot, fish lobs and cook them with the same stuff u got, an axe, tinder box, and the lob pot, if you've become a member, once you have high enough fishing lvl(60 i think), go into the fishing guild and once you get 76 fishing

fish sharks untill you get 99 fishing, there you just trained 4 skills in all that, fishing, cooking, firemaking, and cooking... congratz!

oh ya, if u didnt become a member, stay in karmaja for a wile and keep with the lobs, it'll only take a little wile longer, 90 xp ea for lobsters, 110xp ea per shark and in the fishing guild theres a harpoon in the entrence
