A minimum of 400Mil bank value.

96+ herblore, will consider 94 lowest.

Would like 280+ (obviously this means Wgs, Turmoil, and all Magic/Ranged reward quests) quest points.

Only 400 dollars? I'd consider if you'd offer more. CR/CLS/Arcane stream, divine, 850m+ bank worth, all 3 void sets, 9x 99's and QP cape, super EE, all hard diaries done, imbued rings, lumberjack/adze, fire cape, bunch of rune defenders, 200+ overloads, (96 herb) 99 slayer, but I'd need you to offer quite a bit more.

 

i agree with above post, i got a 138 with only 100m, 99 slay, 101 dung, imbued rings, 99 herb, ect and id want way over 400.
i think your gunna need to reconsider your price.

 

I listed my budgets and already have 2 deals valued on, and under $400 for 138's with over half a bil, however neither have chaotic items. The budget stays and if your account is worth more than my offer then so be it, we won't have a deal.
