    I'm looking for an account that is either: level 3 and has 2007/pre-2007 holiday items (specifically scythe/skeleton outfit/pumpkin mask) or a pure under 50 combat with a fire cape.

    I realize that these accounts are in short supply, and as a result I'm willing to pay a large sum of RSGP for them.
