The account I'm looking to buy must:

* Have never once been a member
* Have no recoveries, No bank pin
* Have no more than 60 attack
* 1 defence, no higher
* 1-44 prayer
* Strength level of 80+ (exceptions)
* Ranged level of 70+ (exceptions)
* Mage level of 55+
* Will not pay extra for non combat skills in particular unless I really like them


I am very lenient with stats, although I'm going to be strict with the fact that it must never have been a member. The account must not have any bank pin, recoveries, etc.

You will provide all information (Creation details such as: Ip adress, internet service provider, country, postal code, city, state/province, etc. Previous recoveries, previous passwords, everything necessary to recover the account).
