Looking to buy Range Tank or Account I can turn into one

Hey friends,

Looking to buy a range tank OR an account that I could turn into one.

What this means:

Attack CANNOT be higher than 75
Strength CANNOT be higher than 70
Prayer CANNOT be higher than 52 & MUST be quested
Mage/Range/HP/Defence can really be any level but obviously the higher these stats are, the more I'll be willing to offer.

Would like the account to already have 85+ Range and Mage, Defence can be 1-99.

Really only looking to trade with trusted people (i.e 20+ vouches) just because of how easy it is to have an account recovered. Will be paying only through PayPal.

How much would you be willing to pay for an account that has full void, and 90 range? Only 42 defense but that can easily be made higher, and it is fully quested along with around 4 mill cash stack and various other notable skills here and there
