I don't know the exact plugins I think we have something like bigbrother along with other protections and stuff I will ask the owner when he gets on.

It differs from day to day some day we will have loads of people on but some days it will be kind of slow. We have players from all over the world (UK Canada US and Malaysia are a couple I know for sure) so the average time they get on is different.

 

You can find out the Bukkit plugin list by going on your server, or anyone's for that matter (must run Bukkit), and typing the command, "/pl" meaning plugin list.
