I have a level 4 with 99 construction and all of it's other stats are level 1.

Edit: The account used a "glitch" to attain 99 construction, but the bans for accounts that were used in that "glitch" process have already been banned. That being said, this account did not get banned, and is still playable.
The account has the construction cape/hood as well as 11k gold and a few exp lamps from the SoF.

The membership expiring on Jan 18 is the trial membership, and as you can see from the images below, it is recent, Christmas 2012/ early 2013 (Christmas Tree in images.).

They finished banning. Got one acc with 20M xp, one with 14M xp, none has gone up in hiscores from friday even by 1 rank...

 

I take it that this glitch has been patched then? I expect they will roll them back, I wish i did the this glitch construction is expensive.

 

The bans were already issued and the account did partake in said "glitch". I really doubt it will be banned or rolled-back. Pics up soon, sorry for the delay.
