I'm Extra Giraffe.
Over my years of runescape experience I have created alot of level 3 skillers.
In which I have done quests hard to do on.
Some quests are easy as pie.
Some are so hard they make you want to kick a small puppy.
Some take long.
Some take short.
But of All I have found the hardest, meanest, Toughest, Level 3 quest possible.
Icthlarin's Little Helper
With the reward of
* 2 Quest points
* 4500 Thieving XP
* 4000 Agility XP
* 4000 Woodcutting XP
* Amulet of Catspeak
* Access to the city of Sophanem
BUT It is the reward of the quest possible after that that skillers strive for.
A Tail Of Two Cats
Which gives
* 2 quest points
* 2 Antique lamps granting 2500 experience each in a skill above level 30.
* Doctors hat or nurse hat (you can switch by destroying your hat and requesting a new one from the Apothecary)
* Mouse toy (functions as a fun weapon at the duel arena)
* You can talk to Historian Minas in the Varrock Museum to receive 5 kudos.
