I have a high level staker, but I'm not sure if it's good enough for what you are looking for. It is 101 combat with 99 defence, 99 mage, 11 prayer, 91 hp, 81 attack, and 80 strength. It does have ancients and a tier 5 dueling hat (2003 wins - 1228 losses). It also has 88 fishing and 81 woodcutting, if that helps at all. If you're interested, PM me back.
