So I'm done with this account because I'm going to make a range tank because hand cannon owns.

How did I get 8 rc without the quest done you ask?
The first day of the wicked hood I pulled runes out and it leveled it.

The Runecrafting isn't impressive, correct me if I'm wrong but you could have levelled it normally, you don't need to do the quest.

Also could have been lamped.

 

You can't lamp RC without rune mysteries and you cant runecraft without it done either
