    The user who I'll be reporting: Online

    This report is complex and I don't think it will go through what so ever, but may as well try due to lack of evidence but he has multiple scam accusations on his player auctions accounts regarding his account sales , despite me thinking this wouldn't go through an admin told me to post it anyway and see what happens.

    To begin with this report we will need to prove that he is user NZGoldSeller which we have a skype match: [Selling] 138CB/2308 Total/ 150M GP with the name.
    I also believe he uses to link it on his vouch thread: ♮ Vouches

    With this being said he also bought a large number of accounts of recent: Online

    here was this gets interesting, and mean very interesting.

    He has been reselling the account's on player auctions as seen here: NZGoldSeller's Store | PlayerAuctions

    which buying accounts from people and reselling them :thinking:

    There are more as well but if this report going to go through this should be enough.

    That a lot of people accusing him of scamming. which lines up to him buying accounts on sythe.

    According to syhte rules, if you have tos to cover you make a person agree to your tos before buying the account, on the grounds you can't be banned. BUT!!

    So he doesn't have a TOS, but we have a lack of evidence so will this report go through?

    Edit: "If staff believe a service provider is abusing this by observing a trend or circumstantial evidence is provided in a report, staff may use their own discretion and hold the service provider accountable." I know this directed to service's I assume it would be grounds here

    Yes, I make refunds, many before Playerauctions reviews the case. Then pray I get my refund back via Paypal about 30 days later.

    I don't have ToS on my the offers as I don't think it's plausible as Playerauctions is who I and the buyer are liable to (if that's the right word) and I can't even reliably predict who is going to win a case, the way they conclude cases are beyond me. PA won't care for my ToS &/or wouldn't agree with me having my own separate ToS. They want you using their system, whatever that is. In their advertised theory of everyone's protection.

    I think the conclusion to this whole thing is that buyers and sellers agree to Playerauctions arbitration being final as per the terms of use or whatever it is on Playerauctions.com

    I have reviewed all my feedback from my first order on Playerauctions.

    Data (+from what I can remember) Analysis:
    There has been an increase in claims of recovered in feedback per account sold recently and this shows in my refunds as well since I have been reselling old school accounts on a larger scale (3 months), the recovery rate has been much higher than RS3.

    11 counts of feedback that include 'recovered' etc. In over 270 individually purchased main resales.
    4 of which I am unable to message, presumably they went straight to chargeback against PA. Includes some very large orders, I would know if I had $700+ issues but they never came to me.
    7 of which I have messaged to ask if they can tell me about their issues. I do not know of any cases which I have not closed with my buyers, so not exactly sure why this has happened. It does indeed seem like a large number to not have contacted me which is what I conclude has happened.

    Could be asked why I didn't see these / take action earlier. I don't look at my feedback and I don't get any sort of feedback notifications, I think there are emails but they don't have the feedback in the email and I got them on auto trash. Also not expecting people to not message me when their account is recovered.

    There is another side you could theorize is that I request the sellers to recover so I can scam my customers. I guess all I can do is throw doubt on this? That would be one hell of a bloody trail to leave.. which if I was doing I am sure I would be keeping my feedback clean which can be done easily.

    This has been followed up by contacting PlayerAuctions support and the disputes that were raised to PA support have all be resolved. Due to the large amount of disputes acquired, i've applied a TWC to @Online, which he can apply for its removal in 30 days.
