Dnt users shouldn't be allowed to report incidents in which they were scammed until its removed. If you're not allowed to trade why are you allowed to report for trades that went wrong?

It potentially incentives getting it removed, aswell reduces staff workload.

They could still create scam reports on different forums and if validated link them in RAV and have them banned for offsite bans in.

As it already stands there's some inconsistent exceptions for reports so this isn't a bizarre concept.

No support. All scams should be able to be reported.

Playerauctions scams aren't allowed to be reported on sythe. Maybe make a suggestion allowing that then.

Also they could still be reported on the respective forum they traded with that individual with and then in turn reported for off site ban in RAV. Since they shouldn't be trading via sythe in the first place with a DNT. That's the basis of my argument.

[Denied] Disallow DNT users from creating scam reports.

DNT'd users are not allowed to use Sythe to trade. But they are still free to trade elsewhere as long as it does not involve Sythe.

DNT'd or not, anyone who posts a valid scam report benefits the community as it can potentially save others from being scammed as well.

If a DNT user is found to have been using Sythe to trade on a report they will be punished in accordance with the rules. Offenses like this are also considered on pardons as well and can seriously impact the outcome of a pardon.
