ELO Boosting Process & Terms of Use

1.General:
1.1.1. Please be aware and make sure you read about every terms and conditions and accept them before you use our service, this document states all the legal rules and functions of the service you need to know. Being this said You, our customer, accept that by using our service you are aware of all the terms and conditions and that You are fully aware of all the content on this document before purchasing our Service.
1.1.2. If by any motive you do not accept our terms and conditions make sure you contact us (adding our skype support), so we can discuss your reasons and motives why you do not accept the ToS of TLBoost.
1.1.3. TLBoost is not associated with Riot Games or any unauthorized entity in any way, shape, or form. TLBoost, warns any customer or potential customer to refrain from violating, infringing, or making any illegal action in regards the intellectual property rights of Riot Games or any unauthorized entity.
1.1.4. TLBoost, reserves the right to change or alter any site conditions, terms, or policies with or without any present or prior notification to the clients and visitors to TLBoost as well as our respective extensions. It is the sole responsibility of the aforementioned to pay close attention to any alterations, changes, removals or additions to the clauses and rules written in the terms of use. By purchasing any service that TLBoost offers you are automatically agreeing to the terms of use as a whole.

2. Customers Duties and Rights when using or looking forward to use our Service:
2.1.1. By using our or any Service included under TLBoost, You, customer accept and known all the legal rights, and that You, customer, are aware that by purchasing any Service under the TLBoost, services you known what you are paying for, and that the Service you are paying for matches your in-Game information and a no-refunds policy after delivery begins (24 hours).
2.1.2. You, customer accept that and if TLBoost, is aware of the amount of wins/LP you purchase does not match the exact division you currently have under your summoner Name, You, customer accept and authorize the Service to be done to the real division you are in, for example if you Purchase a Boost Service of 20 wins in Silver 4 and you are currently in silver 2 you will be boosted to the exact proportion of the prices in these divisions, so the Service will count as amount of wins*x/y x=division you bought elo in y=division you are currently in.
2.1.3. You, customer accept that by buying our Service you are aware that you cannot dispute any purchase with TLBoost after the Service is done or the service has been partially completed/started, and that you as a customer cannot violate the rules of ChargeBacks stipulated in any payment method provided by TLBoost.
2.1.4. You, customer accept that by buying our Service and by the time the Service ends if You, customer claim the purchase money back, that there will be Consequences referring to the Law stated under any Europe Union Country, and that you accept any penalty that TLBoost may apply to you.
2.1.5. You, customer accept that losing League Points due to your logins goes on your responsibility even dropping from promotion series due to mentioned reason, and that the boosters Reserve the right to change your masteries and runes, and that You, customer accept that booster(Can be requested to not to use any IP) may use Influence Points you may have and the ones they may win in their pursuit to complete the Service as well as buying Champions and Runes.
2.1.6. You, customer accept that you won't be playing any promotion games and that if you do we reserve the right to announce the boost as completed, also in case that you play some games during promotion we reserve the right to just play promotion series without making in guaranteed.
2.1.7. You, the customer, accept that if you play any ranked games while having bought a division or a tier boost from us, we reserve the right to stop the service and announce the boost as complete, with no refunds offered.
2.2.1. Customers Reserve the right to watch and spectate any game during the process and ask any doubts only directly to TLBoost Contacts.
2.2.2. Customers Reserve the right when applying to a Duo queue Service or a Coaching Service the privilege of specific language to communicate while applying the Service, taking in consideration our available languages, and if in any case the language is not available, to ask for a translator.
2.2.3. Customers Reserve the right of privacy and maximum description concerning any messages or any kind of communication between Boosters and any other Person, and may apply the request of any chat log they desire to know about.
2.2.4. Customers Reserve the right to purchase the Service of Elo Boost, Duo Queue's and Coaching held by TLBoost, consisting in the rise of the amount of elo, the number of duos queues or the number of hours to coach selected under the Summoner Name that customer provided that TLBoost, gives after the payment is done, if and only after reading the terms and conditions the customer is qualified to apply to the service.

3. Elo Boosting Process :
3.1. Division Boosting :
Requires 12+ LP Gained/win.
If we fail promotion series, we will continue the order until it is complete at no additional charge.
After placing an order if less than 13 LP is gained/win we have the right to change your Division Boosting order to Pay Per Win.
Changing from Division Boost to Pay Per Win :
Basically your order will rescale to 7 wins for Division I. and 6 wins for Division V,IV,III,II. The win amounts are changing depending on your current LP. +/- 1 win for each 20 LP.
3.2. Pay Per Win Boosting :
Requires no LP Gained/win.
Lose counts -1 win.
Example : You buy 4 total wins but we lose 2 games, then we'll win 6 games total.
Note : Every 25 LP gained will count as 1 win (Used on very High MMR orders)
Example : If we lose 5 and we win 5 but you've went from 30 LP to 80 LP it will be counted as 2 wins.
Note : We count a completed promo as 3 wins for Best Of 3 and 5 wins for Best Of 5.
Example : You purchase 5 wins for Platinum I & we complete the the promotion series by going 3-0, the order is complete.
Example : You purchase 3 wins for Platinum 1 & we lose the promo, we will continue until 3 net wins have been done.
3.3. Placement Matches :
We generally complete placements as 8-2, 9-1, and even 10-0.
Partially completed placements can purchase the remaining ones needed.
Due to changes in how Placements are calculated, we do not guarantee what rank you will be.
Results vary on previous season rank & MMR, Champion & Rune availability, & the conduct of other members during game play.
Booster is required to go 7-3 or better (7 net wins) or additional losses are made up for with 2:1 net wins in the division placed.
3.4. Duo Queue Orders :
Duo Queue Per Game
Wins & Losses are not tracked for this service.
You are purchasing time to play with a duo.
Duo Queue Per Win
Wins Over Losses are not used for this service.
We count the total number of wins earned during the service.
Note: For every 3 Losses we will count it as 1 Win.
This is to prevent abuse of this system and the order never finishing.
Example Purchasing 10 Wins-
10 Wins 0 Losses
10 Wins 2 Losses
9 Wins 3 Losses
9 Wins 5 Losses
8 Wins 6 Losses

4. FAQ
4.1.1: How does this service work?
We will assign a Diamond or Challenger booster to your account, and they will log into your account to get you to your desired rating.
4.1.2. Will my account be stolen?
No way your account can get stolen, at TLBoost there are only trusted boosters and you can be assured that you are in good hands as your satisfaction keeps us in business! However it is always best to verify your account via the Riot account management site making this impossible.
4.1.3. How long will it take to boost my account?
While we aim for a division a day, it can take between 24-72 hours per division depending on your Champion & Rune selection and Division(s) ordered.
The same applies to net wins being 5-8 per 24 hours on average.
4.1.4. Can I play after buying a boost?
In order to ensure the fastest possible boost & for your own account security, we ask you do not log in after ordering until complete. But when you place the order, you can requested that you would like to use your account during the eloboost process. (You will have to tell our booster that when should he stop playing)
4.1.5 What if my MMR is extremely low?
If your MMR is low, please do not purchase boosts by division, your order will be completed on a per win basis if it does not meet 12+ LP per win. In the event that you purchase a boost by division and have low MMR, we will convert the value of the boost into wins for your current division automatically.
4.1.6. What happens if you lose?
When you purchase a per win order all losses are made up for. For instance if we go 10-1 that counts as 9 wins.
The only exception to this rule is: Every 25 LP gained will result in 1 win.
Example: If we lose 5 and win 5 but you have went from 30 LP to 80 LP it will be counted as 2 wins.
4.1.7. What happens if you drop divisions?
If Per Division: If we drop on the first game order is converted to 9 wins (for Division 1) and 8 wins (for Division V-II).
If Per Win: If we drop on the first game order is simply continued as per win.
4.1.8. How does buying wins work when I am promoted with leftovers?
We count a completed promo as 3 wins for Best of 3 and 5 wins for Best of 5.
This is due to the effort and risk involved in promotions being much higher.
The remaining wins are then revalued for your new division and then we continue on.
Example: You buy 20 wins & after winning 2 games we start your series and and when we advance, the job has 15 wins remaining.
The value of the 15 remaining wins are then adjusted to the new division pricing for a total of 14 wins remaining.
4.1.9. Do you offer duo queue?
Yes we do, however you'll have to pay 30% surcharge for DuoQueue orders.
4.1.10. Can I purchase wins and have them go towards a division promotion?
Best of 5 is priced at 5 wins and Best of 3 at 3 wins for the Division you are currently in.
Can I request a booster play a specific role?
Yes you can do (Please do that requested when you order), but please note that our booster will just call the specific role, if the other in the matchmaking does not let him playing the specific role, he'll have to play on another role.
4.1.11 Is this service safe ?
While we have not had any problems, any service for a game is against the TOS for the makers of that game.
4.1.12 Can you Appear Offline?
As of Patch 3.14 Appear Offline is no longer an option.
We will continue to act professional and use discretion while on your account and will never respond or talk to people on your friends list.


Account Security & TOS
Use common sense; do not tell people you are buying services & limit support tickets as accounts get reviewed when you do them.
While we have not had a problem, all services are subject to action by the Riot as they violate the TOS; no refunds will be given.
