    Ozzy Osbourne

Hope this is in the right section !

Did anyone the see documentary on BBC the other night, "God bless Ozzy Osbourne"

It was actually a very good insight to his life and I really enjoyed it, it is definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen it ! It shows his life and career in the music world, and also his struggles with drugs and his alcohol addiction.

It's not much my genre of music, however I do like some of his work and I have followed him for a few years - he has been a big part of my family's musical inspiration.

Did anyone watch it ? What did you think of it ? What do you think of Ozzy Osbourne ?

    Ozzy, the prince of darkness.

It's a miracle he's still kickin' and dancing. I saw him in June with Black Sabbath, and they kicked arse. The best band of the festival hands down, and Ozzy was still batshit insane.

Very true, can't believe the amount of stuff he has put his body through and he can still move ! Would really like to see him live, be quite an experience.

I find it mindblowing Dio passed on, and that Ozzy is still here.

Ozzy's a beast, saw him perform at Ozzfest back in 07. That man's been through so much shit it's unreal. I've got a lot of respect for him.

I am grateful that he and his band created doom metal and i think master of reality and sabbaths s/t album were pretty good

I learned to play guitar listening to Sabbath, legendary band ofc. I never really got into his solo stuff.
Kinda strange what Ame said, considering all the shit Ozzy's done, yet it was Dio who went first. RIP

Favorite Ozz song hands down has to be some Perry Mason, there's just something about the guitar and riff that's just so insanely hypnotic.

Ozzy is definitely one of the greatest musicians/writers of all-time, and Zakk Wylde is one of the top shredders. This is music right here.

Edit: Oh and I forgot to add, he still kicks ass even these days. This song is only like 6 years old maybe (also perry mason is only reaching 20 years):

The dude can't formulate a sentence for shit, but he definitely has the gift of music.
