Last chance appeal denyed? How to get your account unbanned regardless!

There are alot of people on sythe who charge people to unban accounts, when its so easy you could do it yourself. Not to mention its much safer, since those who offer the service need your old recoveries, transaction ids, passwords ect. So if they did get your account unbanned, they pretty much have as much control over as you do.

My main was hacked, then banned about 2 years ago. I had 10.4 black marks, and commited 3 offenses, which were Using third party software, and two accounts of offensive language. The hacker attempted to appeal all of them, and was denyed, including the last chance appeal.

So now your probably saying, ok nub tell me how!?!!

Follow these simple steps-

1. Recover your banned account with a diffrent Ip you usualy used to play on the account (go to a friends house ect.)

2. Go to www.runescape.com, go to the help drop menu and click customer support.

3. Click on the billing option.

4. Further down the page you will see "Further Help" Click "Submit a billing query."

5. It will ask you for your email address, the type of your query, and your message.

6. Enter your email address you used to pay for membership, for those who never did get membership enter your regular email.

7. Under type of query choose the "other" option.

8. Now type a message to jagex, I personally used Coveys "Been Banned? Information & Appeals" Depending on what you did. I used his Global appeal, claiming I was hacked.

9. Once you send in your message, you will have to wait for jagex to respond. It took 3 messages for my account to be unbanned. If you receive a message stating that "you are banned blah blah blah don't fucking message us you mother @#$$@#$@#" send in another one! If Coveys brilliant appeal messages don't work, try your own. Eventually Jagex will give in.

DO NOT SEND IN MULTIPLE MESSAGES IN A DAY! WAIT FOR JAGEX TO RESPOND, OTHERWISE THEY WILL BLOCK YOU FOR SPAMMING. IF YOU GET A MESSAGE DENYING YOUR CLAIM SEND IN ANOTHER GOING OFF OF YOUR LAST MESSAGE AND WHAT JAGEX SAID.

A few of you guys have been asking what you should say here goes:

What I did was I edited my messages a bit. I would say

"I have been inactive on runescape for a few months because I have moved. When I finally settled in I came on runescape to get back in touch with friends. And to my surprise my password was incorrect, so I recovered my account only to find it was banned! The hacker attempted to appeal the offences and failed, please help me, this is the only way I can contact you."

if they respond with the "you cannot appeal blah blah" work off of your last message.

"Please understand that I was not online to commit these offences. If you view my history I was never involved in breaking any rule. Doesn't it seem wierd that all of a sudden I would cheat? Please Jagex I worked hours upon hours on this account, check the ip differences! It stinks that I was hacked without notice and I am unable to appeal to the offences he/she committed!"

again if they respond with "we see the reports blah blah" go off of when the offences were done, so if they were done in november, do this

"I see that the offenses were committed in November, I moved in October! There is no way I would have been able to commit those offenses. I would have put a stop to it but I was unable to access a computer because my computer was in storage, and I do not trust anyone elses computer to log in to runescape. Please jagex help a player in need!"

It took me about a week, my first responce from jagex was same day. The other two messages were every other two days.

 

Wait so what are we suppose to type in the message box ? And does it work on locked accounts?

 

Does it work with RWT banned accounts?

 

yeah i wonder too, seeing as my one is even off the highscores now.

 

My account was off the highscores for over two years, I wasnt banned for RWT'ing, so I don't know. But its worth a shot. I doubt it will work for locked accounts because you need to be able to send the message from your account.

I didn't commit this offence i got an email from you about how your database was comprimised and you asked me to send you my username and password do you could secure my account. I guess you didn't get to secure my account fast enough before the hacker got it. I apologise for not sending you the information sooner.

Well now I'm putting this to the ultimate test...My old ass main, banned for 4 years for macroing... It's level 68 (lol) w/ some stockpiled santas, scythe, etc.

 

I've sent in about 10 messages and haven;t been unbanned.
