    hey guys im trying to get big

    i'm currently skinny as fuck and i wanna get some meat on my bones/muscles.
    whats the most efficent method that will last?

    Steriods being the faster option, but dangerous. And whether they last is iffy.
    Prohormones are a step below steriods, still the same risks but less chance/not as bad. With a after cycle, you don't lose to much or you could lose it all, peoples bodies react differently.
    You could always just drink protein and get a good work out plan, ask someone who works at the gym to help you set up a workout plan.

    You could do what the above poster suggested, and if you seriously consider taking steroids, I believe Tilex has a wide knowledge on pharmaceuticals and drugs, he would be a good person to consult before taking any steroids, although I completely think you should steer clear of them. Aside from that, Kenson covered pretty much all you need to know about bulking up. It's mainly just getting a good high protein diet and then a good workout regime.

    Protein shakes and regularly working out man. In a couple weeks you will start seeing results. Its nothing that will happen instantly, no matter what method you use.

    DON'T take drugs lol thats bad. if you would like to get fat with fat eat a lot. if you would like to get fat with muscle then exercise and whatever. drink those things someone suggested above. getting non-skinny with fat and getting non-skinny with muscle make you look different for each one. they both make you look way different then the other.

    Buy some of these "weight gaining" powders, drink that with water, and eat often...big meals.

    hey guys im trying to get big

    Don't buy steroids, powders and other toxic crap.

    Eat plenty and often, do weightlifting workouts for your entire body (compound exercises - NO cardio/aerobic crap) if you're truly trying to gain weight.

    I can PM you a few great sources of info if you're truly interested. I've fallen off the bandwagon since the beginning of fall due to laziness/lack of motivation but I gained 50 lbs by doing this basically.

    hey guys im trying to get big

    Is there a real reason behind this or is it just something you want?(curious).

    And as a football player I know squatting, benching, and power clean is the best way to put muscle on along with ^^ protein shakes.

    Also eat anything with proteins,chicken,steak, fish and anything white such as mashed potatoes, milk, and so on.

    Eating before you go to bed is proven to give you weight gain, no muscle just fat but it is what it is. Hoped I helped.
