Duel Arena,Clan Hall Staking Service

Duel arena is, or was one of the bigger Staking service providers ran through a clan hall. It seems now they have very little gp but still would like to continue offering the service. It is almost completely ran through in game, but they do have a discord server for further interaction. Generally I do am not one to write a complaint to warn others but Ive had enough with them. Most these providers are all scetchy or offer very little support. I understand that is my risk.

As you can see in the screenshots I provided, they are offering a service and the only way to pay me back is through offering me crypto or money worth less than my actual earnings. Its almost a constant fight with them every time I have an issue. The following screenshots are over the course of about 12hours. If additional information is required, please allow me time to correct as Ive stated this is my first time doing something of this nature. Thank you.
